We Accept Private Pay or Insurance

Fees vary and are determined by your primary insurance plan carrier. All additional fees are paid by the client to the provider before receiving services. If there are questions regarding your insurance coverage, we can schedule an appointment with LWBHS insurance or a billing and claims department specialist.  

• Depending on your insurance policy, you may have a $0 co-pay.
• The Affordable Care Act makes it illegal for insurance companies to deny you coverage  for pre-existing conditions, including a mental health condition.
• Both insured and private pay clients sign the payment policies agreeing that they have read the rules, accept the rate of pay, and understand how LWBHS bills for treatment.
